Dolce Salon And Spa ,Kathryn Price And Sarah Combs Wrongful termination, false accusations, mistreatment of employees and sexual harassment at Dolce Salon and Spa Scottsdale Arizona
As a mother of a wrongfully dismissed employee, I feel the need to let others know that Dolce Salon and Spa is not the place to go for employment or services.
My daughter was a very hard-working, dedicated employee who has had a very successful history in managing salons. She was hired at Dolce as a Client Coordinator.
My daughter got her lip waxed at Dolce, which costs an employee $5. While she was in the middle of the service, Tessa Love came in and said that they were closing the register early and they would put the $5 charge on my daughters account. Two days later, Kathryn Prince fired my daughter for "stealing from the company." Kathryn is very judgmental, as well as most of the employees at Dolce. The real reason that my daughter was fired is because Kathryn was on a power trip to feed her self-serving ego and she felt threatened by my daughter. Kathryn once commented that my daughter's hand-writing was not good enough and that she was not allowed to write any Dolce documents.
Kathryn tried to force my daughter into signing a statement that she was stealing from the company. She has never stolen anything from anybody. My daughter then confronted Sarah Combs, Kathryn's boss, about the situation. Sarah laughed at my daughter and said Arizona was a right to work state and they can fire anybody for anything.
My daughter was subjected to the elicit sexual exploits of a gay employee named David Boley who purposely left his diary for everyone to read. All of the directors, including the head director of the salon Kathryn Prince, knew that this diary was purposely left out for public viewing. The diary included some of the most detailed and vulgar descriptions of his sexual activities with other gay individuals.
My daughter would talk to customers on the phone while employees were yelling "VAGINA" and other obscenities continuously. Dolce's clients would get very upset when they would hear this over the phone. When my daughter tried to address the situation with a director they would completely blow it off. They could care less about the customer concerns.
We are filing an EEO complaint and have retained an attorney. If there is anyone who has been wronged by Dolce that would like to file a joint lawsuit, please let us know, as we have 2 others filing.

Wow. This is like reading the ramblings of a serial killer. This is my favorite thing about ripoff report, reading the delusional thoughts of someone (or their mother in this case) who feels that they were wronged by some employer. Sure, some of the complaints on here are legitimate, this does not appear to be one of them. I'm sure everything was just fine until your daughter was fired, then all of a sudden this place is sexually harassing and abusing employees. Amazing isn't it? If all of these things were going on why did your daughter (or you) not say a word about it until they were terminated? Hmmm.......
I noticed you made a comment about "mommy and daddy's money" or something which really has nothing to do with anything, even if it is true. Many businesses are started with the help of family members, so what? That comment alone should make someone question the validity of your claim.
It becomes even more ridiculous considering this post is written by the mother of the employee. What's the matter? "Mommy's little girl" can't take care of herself? Did you drive her to the Job interview and fill out her Job application for her as well?
What's with all of the weird comments about a homosexual employee? What kind of moron would publicly out someone on ripoff report? It's obvious that neither you or your daughter are mature enough to handle a job in the first place, that is the real problem here. I'm assuming you must be a stay at home Mom or something.
I'm sure this company has nothing to worry about when it comes to your "Lawyer", I'm surprised you were even able to convince one to take your case. Is it one of those prepaid legal services or something?

The only reason this business is open is because of Brandi Nuttalls Mommy and Daddy's money, not because of her brains, business sense or her own self worth. She wouldn't have people like Kathryn Prince or Sarah Combs working for her if she cared about this business succeeding. This business is not worthy of being open. The customers are treated terribly, the services suck and employees are treated inhumanely.

Isn't it funny in most rebuttals from Dolce and comments from customers on several complaint websites, they state that either Dolce is not a good fit for most customers or the employees are not Dolce Material. I quess if you don't have the IQ of a two year old and don't talk like a "Valley Girl", you are not a good fit to go to Dolce Salon and Spa or work at Dolce Salon and Spa in Scottsdale AZ. Don't forget Kathryn, "Spa Voices". Also Kathryn, I can refer you to a wonderful plastic surgeon in Scottsdale that does awesome nose jobs.
