Dolce Vita tried to cancel order/won't give refund Clearwater Florida
I got duped into taking an "Amazon" survey for a reward. The site was deceptive and I was unable to click on a "no thanks" button. I got charged $30.00 for products I didn't want. I was only wanting a trial sample of face cream and pay$4.95 for shipping. I tried to cancel the order right away-before it was processed or shipped. I got the run-around from every person I talked to. And the manager was "always unavailable". What a nightmare. Now they can only give me a 30 percent refund. I am so mad -I have been on the phone for hours. And they are not even Amazon! These towel-heads are a bunch of rippers!
