Dollar Financial Group ,Money Corner But They Were Nice Said I could not do pyment arrangements, then penalized me for not doing payment arrangements plus Unprofessional and Nasty Salt Lake City Utah

Company would not let me make payment arrangements. I called 11/30. They said not in sys. I called 12/3. "not in sys." I called 12/5. "Not in sys.: I get bank statement. They have put in ck on 12/2 then put in partial in on 12/5 so I got OD charges twice.

I called - asked "Alicia" the supervisor for refund of second OD charge. "No because you failed to make pyt arrangement. I told her "They said not in sys" She said: Well the it is b/c you failed to call in time. I said "I called 11/30" Well then it is because I don't know what was said I wasn't there." I said "read notes" "I am just not giving a refund" Just stubbornly refused to give refund for NO REASON OTHER THAN JUST TO BE NASTY AND HAVE A NASTY COLLECTOR ATTITUDE - SHE KNOWS I AM RIGHT. and note, I had called even before the check was due, trying to do the right thing, I got let go from job. I wanted to call early to make arrangements because I wanted to do right thing.

I called to explain the situation - I made good faith effort all the way. Then she said '"We;l you should have called every day. You didn't pay till the 15th" I said "Because I didn't have money till the 15th. Beside, they said they would call ME the 3rd but didn't. So I called them." then she said "Well I don't know what was said. I said "Read notes." She then said "Well I am just not refunding anything - no I am not doing that. Period -

I am not spending any more time on this." Will not listen to reason, nothing. My reasoning is sound. And note that again, I had called even before the check was put in, explaining to them the job situation because I was making every good faith effort, yet she talks to me like I am some common criminal with a nasty rude attitude.

You can't tell a customer you can't make a payment arrangement because it is not in your system, and then put it in twice on that same day that you claim it is not in the system (12/5/08) and charge them for it (the second time they put it in). That is punitive and not fair. Esp. since I went in and paid it too in person. You don't treat honest paying people like that.
