Dollar General Dolls being sold as bombers with TNT strapped to themselves Elmira Nationwide
I cannot believe with the war in Iraq, with our innocent men of the armed forces being blown up by suicide bombers, that there now is, in all the dollargeneral stores I have been in, a doll called the bomber, who holds a bundle of dynamite, and has a vest with dynamite strapped to it. This doll is also on the shelf in the company of the bank robber, the gangster etc. Do our kids need to grow up knowing it is ok to wear dynamite strapped to ourself? And what about our families and servicemen that see these, you think its not hard on them. I was shocked an appalled, and I hope that everyone who reads this goes into dollar general and says something, we can make a difference. Thank you.

DolGen's Response To the Terrorist Dolls
#2Consumer Comment
Wed, February 22, 2006
As soon as a report aired on a national news network, the dolls in question were removed from all store shelves and the store managers were given instructions to destroy those dolls. This was done in all metro Atlanta stores in the week after the program aired on FoxNews and the local affiliate Fox5Atlanta.
No further need for comment except that the people who do the product ordering in Goodlettsville, TN need their heads examined.
