Dollar General Store If there is any store out there that lacks any morals or values it is Dollar General Stores and this is all the way to the top. If you are ever done injustly or discriminated against then good luck getting any kind of response from the people in charge. This company caused a person I know to lose his home and almost is family by allowing immature people run their stores and based upon 3rd grade determinants. This store is run how the higher ups allow it to be ran. The store manager at the Fairmount, In store, Brandi is about the most immature, manipulative, moraless, individual I have ever seen working in a store, let alone running it. This person bases her opinions and hiring/firing based on her friends 'liking them' or not. She smokes so much dope that she is oblivious to the obvious. She allows anything to happen in this store knowing it is impossible to get a hold of anyone up above. Dollar General Corrporates hide behind their doors like cowards. Fairmount Indiana
I just want others to know what kind of store Dollar General is. The corporate leaders have zero morals or ethics and they do not care how the people they hire run the stores as long as they are not bothered with anything. The stores are ran by immature, moraless, dope smoking individuals that toy with other peoples livilihood. They hire you and then if a friend of theirs does not like you then they come up with a ridiculour reason to terminate you. And good luck getting any justice because corporate hides with tail between legs.
The store manager, Brani, in the Fairmount, IN store is an excellent example of how Dollar General will turn their stores over to just anyone and allow her to play all the games she wants with other peoples lives. A guy I know was supposed to start work that day and his wife went into labor. Brandi said he better be there anyway or he is fired. Well he left the hospital and missed his childs birth and reported to Dollar General on time. Brandi had another employee send him home because she just didn't like him. He went into a huge depression having lost a job and the birth of his child all in one day. And all because Brandi decides she doesn't like him because another person said they didn't like him.
This is not all the things this store manager has pulled. She has drug transactions in the store at times too. But who can prove that. Not like Dollar General will care anyway.
So, if you are worth anything do not waste your time at this company because they can rip you off your check too and you will never be able to contact anyone to get justice.
Be very leary about all your transactions with this place.
