First off had a one hour wait in line. Man at counter offered me a Ford or a Chevy but failed to disclose that the Ford was $25/day more. They had me sign on a very small screen where you cannot view all the details. This Ford was an economy car (by my standards of renting cars all over the world). The back seat had a large stain - thankfully I didn't have any peps traveling with me because really it looked bad. There was another 20 minute wait to get out of the lot. On return still another 20 wait to get to my plane.

When I called to question the bogus upgrade and they offered me coupons - two for $10.00 off.  Pretty sure I won't be a returning customer! In fact I took them off the approved vendor list for the company. Through Twitter they offered me 1/2 the overcharge back which I have declined since half off a scam is still a scam! It's pretty obvious that they pay a commission to their counter sales people for pulling this scam.

Whatever price you see on the net, just know it's not worth it. I paid $126.00 /per day for a Ford with 30K miles. That's high by any standards - I could have paid top dollar at Hertz, Enterprise, or Avis, and they would have upgraded me free.

By the time I look at the missed meetings, and hassle of this, it's no deal.
