DOLLAR TREE STORES CANADA INC. HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I went to visit two (2) different Dollar Tree Stores out in Toronto, Ontario Canada back on

Sunday, July 23, 2017 to buy men's underwear and I know the stores do sell them, however, when I got to both of the stores, I was informed that they ran out of them.

I asked them if they knew of any other Dollar Tree Stores in Toronto, Ontario Canada that sell them and they told me that they were Not aware of any.

At that point, I sent out a Complaint and/or Inquiry Letter to their head office out in Burnaby, British Columbia Canada, including their online Horrible, Customer Service Department back on Monday, July 24, 2014 and here we are today being Friday, August 4th, 2017 and I still have Not Received A Response Back From Them, Period!

Furthermore, I even called and emailed Mr. Joseph (Joe) Calvano, their Canadian National President and still have Not Received A Response!

When I call up their published phone numbers, You Reach Nobody! Ever!

Ridiculous!

Please Find Below a Copy of my Complaint Letter that I had sent out to the Dollar Tree Stores Canada Inc. Head Office for your review and further reference.

Yes, I would Keep Shopping at the Dollar Tree Stores Canada Inc, but I would Not Rely, nor Depend on their Customer Service Department (if it still exists) for anything.

Dear Dollar Tree Stores Canada, Inc. and/or Dollar Tree, Inc. Executive:

Good Morning or Good Afternoon to You!

How is your day today in sunny Burnaby, British Columbia Canada and/or Chesapeake, Virginia and/or wherever else You are in the World?

My day is going fine, thank you, except due to the Fact that back on Sunday, July 23, 2017, my friend drove me to two (2) of your Dollar Treelocations located on

Eglinton Avenue in Toronto, Ontario Canada to buy Men's Underwear and unfortunately BOTH stores claimed that they have it, but are Totally Out Of It!

When I asked BOTH stores when they expect to receive another shipment of Men's Underwear, they told ME that they do Not know!

I am very angry and upset over this because I wasted my friend's time and gas money to go over to your stores for Nothing and I am a Real Big Fan Of Dollar Tree Stores and You Have Majorly Disappointed ME and Let Me Down!

Is There Any Possible Way That You Could Please Send Me Out Some Sample Underwear To My Toronto, Ontario Canada Residence For My Inconvenience?
