These people usually do like this, they dont have a phone support, when I asked for the phone support from them they first denied telling me that they dont offer phone support and when I said you people have mentioend a phone number on your website then told me that that its busy.
They also dont tell the registration number of the company which really makes me feel suspecios if the company is geuine or not. Apart then that the paypal status says that this is a non-us verified account.
How come a company having location in california USA have a non-us account. Their support phone number in paypal is also an Indian number.

I have reseller hosting account with dollar2host from last 8 months. They have migrated my whole reseller account with 180 domains from my old hosting. No data loss, all data including emails, databases migrated very smoothly.
Also by mistake I have paid extra money and when I asked billing team they have added it as credit balance and further I have registered new domain name with them using that amount. such a helping billing team also.
Billing team checked all my invoices , credit balance and applied it shortly without any hesitation.
Am very happy with the services and customer support they are providing.
