DollarRentalFine.com Charging me twice for tolls already paid and absurd administration fees New York New York
Upon picking up my rental car, the rental representative asked me if I wanted to purchase their Toll feature and I said no because the fees were not expensive. I paid for every toll to and from my destination and yet they are billing me again for 5 tolls!!! For each of these tolls they are tacking on a $15 administrative fee.
They are charging me an absurd $90.80! I don't know if Dollar Rental Car is to blame or if DollarRentalFine is a total sham! They do not provide a phone number to contact them so even if I wrote my dispute on their website, who knows if it will ever be addressed and handled?!
