Complaint Review: Dollars Empire

I saw their advertisement on Joblistsouthafrica( which is a career or job website). I think that is what made me give them a benefit of a doubt. On the advertisement it said you must just pay 59.99 dollars to get training from them in order to make money and that you will make this money while on training.I therefore paid the 59.99 dollars and things suddenly changed.Now they are telling me I need to register a domain first which cost 27.99 dollars and also create a website which costs 350 dollars before I can even start making money.When I ask them about making money on your Facebook account as advertised in the advertisement they just keep on going around in circles and telling me I need a domain but it's optional and answering my questions with stupid answers which all just comes to the conclusion that i have been scammed.When I ask them for my refund as advertised that if not satisfied you get your refund back;they say there are no refunds. This company is still new so there aren't any reports on the internet if wherether its a scam. I therefore wanted to make the public to be alert about this company.Maybe if you have money to throw around it might work for you but honesty and integrity is very important in business.You can't be mispresenting yourself and giving us false information.You are actually ripping us off if that's the case.
