About DollarzBlaster and PayPal

I have been going round and round with PayPal trying to get them to lift the "permanent limits" on my account. All I have been getting from PayPal is form letters with a comments added such as "sorry for the inconvienience" or "we cannot reverse the action against your account". The last letter they sent back to me had the comment "we have reviewed your correspondence and consider the matter closed".

In my correspondence I let PayPal know that I had no idea that I was in any violation of the agreement. The reason I had no idea is because of a claim by DollarzBlaster made on their website. I will copy and paste it below:

What DollarzBlaster.com Is Not

We're not in any way new to the world of Internet marketing, and we're not a fly-by-night startup, either. We've seen all the absurd claims made by others (i.e., I was eating rice with ketchup, and now I'm rich, etc.), we've laughed hysterically at Power Forced Matrix (they used to call it Empowerism when it was $20, now it's only $7.00, so I guess that flopped!), and we're waiting for Pro Wealth Solutions to come to its fiery crash, just as did its predecessor, Pro Builder Plus, which was formed from the charred remains of the Concorde group. Personally, I wouldn't buy a one-dollar raffle ticket from a guy with a name like Ben Glinsky, but then, I've got better instincts than your average Joe.

By the way, rice tastes much better with soy sauce.

Let me say this about money programs in general: if you have to invest more than $30 of your own cash in order to participate, then you're probably being scammed. That's just a quick word to the wise. Also, any company which wants to "hold your money, and then they'll double it, triple it, etc. is more than likely just a Ponzi scheme, so I'd avoid those too.

No, DollarzBlaster.com is nothing like the type of programs we've listed above. We're founded on the premise of "sharing the wealth", where everyone makes money simply by being a member, and can make a substantial income by promoting their website.

Our system is unlike so many other programs which are Ponzi schemes, and exactly the opposite of MLM programs which only benefit those at the top. You see, Ponzi schemes use the money of new members to pay the old members, until the structure eventually falls apart. Most MLM's use the money generated by new members to pay the most successful members way up at the top. As far as we're concerned, both systems are flawed, and dishonest.

With DollarzBlaster there is no "top of the heap", so to speak. Each member stands on his own with respect to his/her productivity. But here's where we differentiate ourselves from other programs. Members who are highly motivated (and very well rewarded for it, I might add) supply a constant stream of small payments which are randomly dispersed amongst the membership in general. This creates value for our members, and tremedous impetus for growth. Instead of making a few dozen people at the top rich, we've chosen to create a pipeline of cashflow which can be enjoyed by all of our members. Remember, there is strength in numbers.

Please help us to make DollarzBlaster.com the best online money system in the world. You're now part of something fantastic!
---------------------------------------------------------
So DollarzBlaster, in my belief, was not included in the agreement with PayPal, hence I did not know I was in violation of said agreement.

Do you think PayPal would even consider this as fraud and protect it's customers? So far in my experience, they will not.

Now here is some more of what is found on the DollarzBlaster Website:

About DollarzBlaster & RightDownTown.com

DollarzBlaster is owned and operated by Creative Design Systems, a software company based just outside of California's beautiful Silicon Valley. Although the lion's share of our business is comprised of onsite software consulting, we also operate a number of successful Consumer Internet Portals, such as RightDownTown.com and MyPerfectKids.com. They're both free to the public, and we encourage you to enjoy them at your leisure.

What We're Not

Okay, DollarzBlaster is a tried & true program, and we've taken this proven formula and improved upon it. Let me explain.

The original founder of DollarsBlaster.com, located in Gujarat India, had developed a thriving business, and had tens of thousands of very happy members. However, due to banking and regionality regulations, he was unable to accept his administration fees by debit card or by Paypal, and so his 3-part process required a credit card in order for the administration fee to be paid, and the process to be completed.

This was not acceptable to Paypal, as many Paypal members had begun the process, only to be notified at the third and final step that a credit card was required to complete the process. Understandably, Paypal responded to the many complaints by cutting the owner's corporation off. Unable to accept Paypal payments, the owner substituted AlertPay for Paypal, but new memberships instantly went flat, at least in the western world. Let's face it, everyone uses Paypal!

This is where we entered the picture. We created a 2-step Paypal process, which reduces transaction fees and completely eliminates the need for a credit card (although all cards are still accepted through the Paypal system).

Additionally, all members are now given an up-graded Member Page (previously a $25.00 option - now free), which serves to accelerate the process, and benefits the DollarzBlaster community as a whole. And because members receive instant payments directly through their own page, there is no guesswork about whether or not a friend or referral has joined their team. You will get an instant payment and confirmation from Paypal!

The end result is that DollarzBlaster.com is now stronger and better than ever! Join with confidence, and have fun building a team of people earning you a 50% commission on all of their earnings...forever! The potential is absolutely staggering!

An Exciting New Change!

Here's a great new change with DollarzBlaster! Previously, DollarzBlaster paid everyone in the #2 position a full $10.00 commission when their sponsored members introduced a new member. This created an increase in activity, but a decrease in random payments going out. We want to be known as a "share the wealth" program, and so we've introduced a change.

We've also come up with the perfect solution! Now, people in the #2 position will receive a $5.00 commission, and the other $5.00 will be paid out randomly! Now, that's share the wealth at its very best! More people will be encouraged to participate, and everybody wins!

Not only will this allow us to distribute more random payments, but it will also truly reward those people who promote the program enthusiastically, since the number of spots they create in the randomizer will be greater in number. In other words, they'll be rewarded whether the people they sponsor promote DollarzBlaster or not! Also, you will now know if your payments have come from your personal page, or if you are being paid for outside activity! Either way, everyone is sure to enjoy an ocean of payments, and DollarzBlaster is 100% assured of being capable of meeting its financial obligations to its members! Now just watch our membership grow!

Your DollarzBlaster Team

---------------------------------------------------------

Take note on what is referenced about PayPal. It appears to me that DollarzBlaster not only found a way around the originators problem with PayPal, but it looks like PayPal was okay with it.

Now here is another thing that is stated on the DollarzBlaster website:

#2e). Do you need my e-gold, Alertpay & Safepay information?

No, you will be paid through Paypal regardless of how other members pay.

---------------------------------------------------------

And now I wonder why this is also included on the DollarzBlaster site:

I love DollarzBlaster, and I'm making great money! How can I protect my account?

Just behave yourself. We have a zero-tolerance policy for spam (and that includes emailing other members), and anyone who contacts Paypal for ANY REASON regarding our program will be PERMANENTLY BLOCKED! It's amazing how quickly people lose their minds, once the greed kicks in!

Hmmmmmm.......are they aware of PayPals standing about their DollarzBlaster?

So I guess I will eventually be permanently blocked by DollarzBlaster.

Okay, now on to PayPal. I have copied and pasted all of this and more in each email I sent to PayPal. I wanted to show them that the DollarzBlaster stated that they were not a Ponzi, MLM, etc. Do you think this deception mattered to PayPal? I would think they would want to go after DollarzBlaster rather than the people who like me got conned. So I am not too smart, but darn, it seems like PayPal might do something about this and not attack and punish its customers. You think they would work with us on stopping this, but they truly don't seem interested.

Now here is a kicker. This is what appears in my PayPal account when I log into it. Yes, I can still log into my account but it is useless. So check this out......

"We recently reviewed your account, and we need more information about your business to allow us to provide uninterrupted service. Until we can collect this information, your access to sensitive account features will be limited. We would like to restore your access as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience."

Now over the past 24 hours, I have supplied them with plenty of information about DollarzBlaster. And when I sent this to them here is the letter they sent back to me:

Dear Andrea,

I apologize for any confusion, however the email you received was sent in error. The PayPal system will send automatic emails to accounts that have a limited status. At times the system cannot differentiate between those accounts that are allowed an appeal and those that are not. Occasionally, accounts that are closed for violations are sent these emails in error. We are working to fix this problem and you should not receive this email again in the future. Again we apologize for any inconvenience or confusion.

If you have any questions, please contact the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy Department at aup@paypal.com.

Sincerely,
PayPal Acceptable Use Policy Department PayPal, an eBay Company

Now it is my impression that they think I received the information about "PayPal" wanting to restore my account to avoid uninterrupted service. This uninterrupted service statement is found when I actually log into my PayPal account and I told them this in my last email to them and questioned it. Now here is the last letter I received that has made blood shoot out of my eyes:

"Dear Andrea,

We regret to inform you that we cannot overturn the limitation on your account. Due to the violation of PayPals Acceptable Use Policy regarding Multi-level Marketing, Pyramid and Matrix Programs, your account has been permanently limited.

We have reviewed your previous correspondences and determined that a sufficient explanation of our actions has been provided; therefore, we consider this matter closed.

If you have any questions, please contact the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy Department at aup@paypal.com.

Sincerely,
PayPal Acceptable Use Policy Department PayPal, an eBay Company"

arghhhhhhh.......oh I am mad. I don't feel it is closed at all. At least not on my end. It seems they hope I just go away. I don't want to just go away. I want justice.

So now, the questions that are coming up are:

How can DollarzBlaster keep doing what they are doing using PayPal as their payment venue when PayPal is going to do to others what they have done to me? (I have been with PayPal for 7 years)

How can PayPal make that statement in my account and not honor it and say that they cannot reverse the action against my account and the matter is closed? Who initiated the action to begin with? Why isn't PayPal doing something about DollarzBlaster using PayPal as the payment venue? How many out there are going to lose their accounts due to PayPal insensitivity to what is happening here?

I hope that some of this makes sense. I am so mad at the BS that is happening on both sides and if there is any recourse or some attorney out there that wants to open a class action suit or something to that affect, I'm in. This is total BS. I have every email I have sent and every email received from PayPal. I even called at the very beginning to PayPal and was told that if I explained my situation then they would probably reverse the limitation. So that is what I did.

One would think that as big a company that PayPal is, it would consider all its members as valuable. Evidently, they don't see too much value in the members as they seem unwilling to help in a situation like this. I wonder how many members are victims of DollarzBlaster and will suffer because of the relationship of the two entities.

Now I don't really care at this point about the DollarzBlaster. It obviously is more trouble than it is worth. I probably won't receive my money back as it looks like DollarzBlaster won't respond to anyone and PayPal won't let me have my account back. I would like to see some justice done for all those like myself who have been victimized by the both of them.

Boy, have I learned a lesson big time in the past 24 hours. I am so waiting to see some more complaints show up here as I am sure they will start flowing in.

If there is an attorney out there or if Bad Business Bureau wants to get a hold of me to do something about this....I am totally game and I am sure there will be others along with me.

Lord, let hope that something can be done about these jerks.
