Complaint Review: DOLLS KILL

 I paid for expedited shipping and they never shipped at all. The site is a total scam. Save your money and go else where like Fashion Nova. I've never used the site until now and it was total scam. They said they lost my package in shipping but the package was never picked up by UPS, the label was created but it was never given to the shipping company. They have a scam going on and thats why they ask you to pay extra for your package not to get lost in transit. I had never seen a fee like that on any other site but dolls kill had it and now I see why because it extortion just to get you your package at all . When you pay for expedited shipping, there is no need to pay for protection that your package will not be lost but this company is running a scam and should be ashamed of themselves. When I saw that many days had went by and my costume had never been shipped. I asked them what is going on, they said that the package was lost in transit. That was a lie because it was never shipped at all. DOLLS KILL is a horrible company and has brought me to tears because I needed the outfit for an event with my children and they just decided not to ship it because I didnt pay their additional fee not to lose my outfit, so they decided to lose it!!
