My wife and I have season passes but probably no more after our recent trip to Dollywood on 8-16-2014.  My wife is disabled and has an electric wheelchair.  Upon entering the park around 12 noon, we were the only two people at the time entering and another couple was a good distance behind us.  There were two park photographers taking pictures of guests as they entered the park.  One was busy and the other looked directly at us and then asked the couple behind us to allow him to take their picture. 

The later incident was at closing time and the carousel operator would not allow us to ride and caused my wife to become upset and cry.


Bad business and no way to treat guests!
