Complaint Review: Dolphin Bay Advertising

I came to work for this company in hopes of a step up in a career and move forward in life. LOL that was a joke. I spent day after day to collect unrealistic goals and work my butt off for the general manager Ginger Sears to sit on her a$$ and smoke insense blunts all day on the patio and David Phillips constantly critisizing every move that was made. We had to collect the current week to be paid for the previous weeks work and if there was one issue with a payment the whole office would suffer(well excluding Ginger and her fake weed) They made us dial constantantly and call these poor islanders to set them up with searh engine optimization and a website which was a bunch of poo. They would charge a ridiculous amount seeing how $954 US dollars equals over $41K Jamaican dollars. If the customers did not want to renew their accounts that's no problem Miss. Sears ran their credit cards on file without permission. Getting your paycheck here was also a fight on it's own, One day Mr. Phillips wrote the whole office paychecks and handed them out knowing his bank closed his account. Then sent everyone to the bank to cash it only to look like fools. When he was called about the situation Mr. Phillips and Miss. Sears advised the employees to go to a check cashing place and cash the check. Can anyone say FRAUD???

Mr. Phillips decided he wasn't making enough money with his website scam so he opens CNN (Carribbean News Network) using the CNN logo having people sit around and type up stories about events on the islands and post them on the website.

The only person in this office with a single drop of sense is John Marsh, he at least has some morals and is not a complete scam artist or dope head. Seems like he is just stuck in a bad situation with the wrong people.
