Dolphin Casting - They promised me jobs, made me pay then they disappeared - London England

I went to a casting for modelling job. The woman in charge made some testshoots about me for 20 pounds to see if I have the potential. She said that I actually have, all I need to do is make a portfolio (for which I need to pay), otherwise other companies would not offer me jobs. She said if I pay, they would represent me and forward my details to other companies. She promised that I would get a job soon, even the following week.

This woman was constantly sending me messages to come for the shooting, she was even upset because I didn't have time, and she kept repeating to pay otherwise she cannot book a place for me. She was texting me all the time.

("What's happening with your portfolio??" "It's really bad chasing you up like this" "Ok do one thing. Place the deposit and they will give you a 30 days open appointment" "Lots of agencies are asking for your portfolio".....)

I went to the portfolio shooting, for which I payed 350 pounds (it was the cheapest option). Just to mention, the photographer did not seem professional, all my pictures with the exception of 2-3 are useless.  I also registrated to their website, which looks like as if someone made it up.

The agency then disappeared, they hardly replied to my messages. Even if they happened to answer, their reply was very brief. As an example, I asked them why my profile was not active - 3 weeks later, after I had already sent them many messages, I received the following answer: "Hi, They have changed their policy and we cannot have access to renew it. You can create a new profile under a different email adress and see. Regards".

After around 2 months later I became really angry and wrote them a message questioning why they disappeared after my payment and don't help me in anything. They answered that the woman, with whom I signed the contract, was in hospital, that is why they did not reply. Then they disappeared again.

All in all, I was not offered any job, I lost 350 + 20 pounds and I cannot get any answer from the agency.

THIS IS COMPLETELY FAKE

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY FALSE. I have been a model of Dolphin casting for over 1 year now. I have signed with them with proper terms and conditions like other agencies such as Premier, Oxygen and ELite.

I am extremely appaled when one of my director pointed out this review to me since Dolphin casting is representing me on Spotlight and i have i should say quite decent coverage and responses from them so far.

I have verified details with another model colleague registred at this place and he shows no grudge either.

This above review is very misrepresented since they dont cahrge for fees except a testhoot fees which majority agencies does, but in terms of the allegations above, its totally fake.

I did some research and havent received anything bad about them to be honest and they seem to be trading from 2011 under the same location so i doubt it that they are harnessing such vile motives.l

Well I would want the above review to be removed since it is affecting my reputation as a model and am sure other 560 models too as mentioned on their database.

I would love to be of any assistance.
