Complaint Review: Dolphin Court Spa

 I went to the Dolphin Court Spa where Riyad Saleh is a "master hair dresser". I went to this guy three times, all three times I was trying to get a "bob" haircut and color. First time he cut my hair it wasn't a bob and he burned the ends of my hair, they looked like feathers. Second time he cut it, it resembled a bob and colored my hair which he picked out. Third time I went back he told me that the color made me looked washed out and it didn't go with my skin color. I was like ok, he never asked me what color I wanted and now he's knocking his own work. He said this time we are doing a different color. I tried to be specific and told him I want it short in the back and come down at an angle on the sides.

What he did was exactly the opposite. He left the back long and cut the sides way too short. When I saw what he was doing I was horrified, but it was too late. I asked him to at least cut the back a little more, so he starts cutting the back again. I was like please just cut the back, he said in order to do that he had to cut the sides!!!!  It was the worst hack job I have ever received. He saw, that I was upset he told me so, and said if I didn't like my hair I should let him know. I was like at this point what can I do, short of getting hair extensions? He was more concerned about my eyebrows, which I was not getting done there, so I don't know why it mattered. And to make it even worse the back is not even straight, he cut spots in there, that makes it look like I have bald spots!!!!

 For somebody that claims to have 20 years experience, this was the worst hack job ever. This butcher should not be trusted with a pair of scissors!!!! He shouldn't even be allowed to shampoo hair. It has been over two months and still waiting for it to grow out so I can go and have it cut by someone that knows how to cut hair. People should avoid this butcher, unless they want to end up with a butch looking bad haircut.
