Complaint Review: Dolphin International Shipping

Dolphin International "SCAM ARTISTS"...

My story is the same as the other poor victims... I did my research back in May, submitted a request through an internet Shipping locator and Daniel from Dolphin responded with a fairly "normal" quote. I looked online and found no negative comments and BBB had no complaints at that time. They hired a subcontractor to move my goods who were never paid and never delivered... after they stole my $$ I'm still in the process of tracking down my goods.

These a$$holes are going to pay! I have contacted the FBI and opened an investigation and I have plans of contacting the FMC, the SEC for wire fraud (taking online/electronic payments) and any other agency that will listen. I saw a complaint on another site (return2india) from someone that said this company has been scamming people for quite some time and that they changed their names from a company (Overseas Shipping Inc) in New York last year.

Bottom Line: if you read this, have been scammed and are ready to fight - call the FBI first and file a report.

I am ready to join any lawsuit / crim investigation to catch these people and throw them in jail. Are you? if you have already filed a lawsuit, please make this investigation available to the rest of us, so we can contact you and join the fight.
