Dolphin International Shipping - Rip Off. I made all payments and they left my boxes in a storage. Never answered my phone calls or emails. BE CAREFULL Coral Springs Florida
After Dolphin International picked up the boxes from my house and I made all payments, Kathryn Kaiser (VP of the company)never answered my phone calls or emails. I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS DOCUMENTED. I called daily and Kelly Love (receptionist)always had an excuse and no one ever answered my questions. I then contacted the truck company (Harco Moving & Storage)that was hired from Dolphin Int'l to pick up the boxes. They told me that they had never received payment from Dolphin, so my container was still sitting in MINNESOTA. The last email I received from Kathryn, she said that it had been shipped!!!
So, once again I contacted Dolphin Int'l and no reply back. I filed a report to the Better Business Bureau and am waiting for a reply back.
I paid Harco Moving & Storage and had to pay another company to ship my items to Denmark. So, I paid $1118 to Dolphin International Shipping, $805 to Harco (so they could release my boxes) and another $983 for a company to ship my items. My fiance and I were not expecting to spend this much. It was a total rip off from them. Don't trust them. They have a wonderful customer service up to when you make the payment.
I HAVE ALL DOCUMENTATION. ALL EMAILS FROM KATHRYN KAISER AND RECEIPT OF PAYMENTS.

The FBI has been investigating corrupt moving companies and some movers have even gone to jail for it. Make sure you file a report with them too. I already have. This is really what: Kathryn Kaiser, Kelly Love, Daniel Cuadradro and the othes involved deserve, JAIL! They have made my life hell for months!

I tried once again to communicate with Kathryn Kaiser regarding reimbursement for lack of services provided... here is her response after I mentioned that I would start legal action...
"Dear Mr. Pedersen:
I have completed my evaluation of your situation and would agree that you are due a refund. We regret that due to a dispatching error, you were inconvenienced and forced to expend additional sums to complete our shipment.
Please be advised that I have approved your refund and this will be processed in the next 14 days. Please provide me with your mailing address so that we can send a check DHL International overnight. We will provide you with a tracking number when the check is actually picked by DHL.

Well, these 14 days have passed and I have email her twice asking for my check. I've had enough of this. I have been in touch with 2 different law offices in located near where the company supposedly is. In a couple of days, I will write the name of the law firm I selected in an update. If any of the other "victims" out there want to take legal action, please contact the same law firm. I cannot write the phone number of the firm in this website, but do a search on google and you will find it.
