We called Dolphin International shipping back in May to get rates etc. and they were super nice. Calling us back quickly and following up with what they can do to convince us to work with them to ship our items. We decided to move forward with them and sign the contract.

Once the items were picked up, the contact ended. We called to follow up on our shipment. Kathryn, the only person who deals with customers who already purchased the service, never took our calls. We were told to send emails, which we did, nobody responded to emails. It's now Mid August; no shipment and still no word from Dolphin International Shipping regarding our stuff.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Response to Complaint... report is simply inaccurate

The fact scenario provided in this report is simply inaccurate. To begin with, the individual making this complaint is not the customer of record. The customer of record is actually residing in Greece and we have been in communication with him on several occasions in writing over the past 6 weeks.

Secondly, this shipment was picked up pursuant to a written contract executed by the customer of record. Under the terms and conditions of that contract, the customer was required to pay his price quotation amount three days prior to pick up. This payment not made, however, given his consistent assurances that the payment would be forthcoming, prior to his pick up, services were tendered as promised.

His shipment was dispatched and has arrived at destination. His shipment remains on hold until payment is tendered. As of today, August 13, 2004, this company has not received the payment due on his account, although in fairness to the customer, an attempt was made to wire same in late July, approximately 2 months following the pick up of his shipment. Due to an inadvertent error in our invoicing system the wire from his end failed.

It would appear that the individual complaining to this report either (a) does not understand the contractual facts of the matter, all of which are well documented or (b) would prefer that we simply continue to render services without payment.
