Complaint Review: Dolphin Shipping International Aka IMCA Shipping

We shipped our goods from the UK in July. Its 28th Nov and we still have not received it. I hope they are caught and jailed for putting us through this trauma. We have been living in unbearable living conditions because we have not received our things and we have spent so much money on the shipping already. We are being drained out (monetarily) by IMCA/ Dolphin Shipping. We are undergoing stress and trauma because of this company. I will be a witness to testify the fraud of this company.

We received an email from Suzanna of IMCA that she has left the company and we need to contact Kathryn for any further assistance. this was on 11/22/04. I have filed a complaint through the better business bureau and they were in their database of companies to complain against.

PLease let me know on any updates/ assistance that you can provide to get my shipment back
