Complaint Review: Dolphine Automotive

This is the same story from a lot people having done business with these crooks. I bought a 05 Lincoln to be in excellent condition, it had been in at lest one front in wreck & one to the rear & also in water. I got an attorney that cost me 1000$. We did all the home work to prove false advertising, then I checked with an other attorney in Ft Lauderdale & was strongly advised I would win the case in court but would never collect the money.

I am in business so I subscribe to D&B & I receive 2 to 4 alerts every month About these people. I tried everything with EBay flowed there rules in the end they will do nothing, because these crooks sell a lot of cars on eBay.Maybe if all of the people that have scammed could sent letters to eBay, they might do something to stop these people from selling junk but I don't think so.

My advice to Amy one looking to buy a car on eBay have the car inspected. There are a lot of good people that do this some are on eBay. If I had used my normal good common sense I would not got scammed.Last but not least if you get scammed by them & need a good joke talk to Tony. He will try to convince you that you are the non paying crook. If you don't believe what I have said do your self a BIG favor pay the 125.00$ to D&B you will be very well advised.
