Dolphini originally provided a decent service for their fee, designing websites and internet hosting services. But something changed in recent months because now they are only about the money.


If you give them access to your bank account for automatic withdrawals as they see fit, everything is great. If you cut off the direct payment option, watch out. Pay an invoice late (and I mean just a few days) and they will delete your entire website from their servers, without warning or notice. Interesting enough that was never mention in our original agreement with Dolphini.


When contacted about the situation, Dolphini was happy to restore our website, for an additional fee of course, but all custom services and emails were gone forever. Does this sound like good customer service to you?


If you want a customer service friendly internet provider or website hosting company, steer clear of this group.
