Complaint Review: Domain Registry Of America

We bit on their pitch for a three year deal; it was a much better price than our current registrar offered. But our web site EXPIRED; they took our money and didn't register the domain name and our site went off the air. We had to pay our current registrar. Domain Registry of America was called and they agreed to refund our money; now we'll just hold our breaths until we get the check :)
