Complaint Review: domain4tech

I followed a link from a trusted Canadian news site which brought me to a site promoting a free trial for an herbal weight loss aid called Garcinia Cambogia Pure Select.  The cost of the free trial was $4.95 so I clicked the free trial button.  I then received 2 emails, one for the item I expected and another for VitalCleanse Complete.  The second item made me suspicious, so I then searched the internet for information about this product.  I learned that several people were unhappy with the tactics of this company and they considered this to be a scam.  I followed the online links to cancel the products (http://ultimateslimselect.com/cancel and http://MyEasyCancel.com/VitalCleanseComplete).  It seemed strange that there was no 'cancel' button.  Then I called the toll free number and was transferred to a support representative.  The representative confirmed that in fact my account was NOT cancelled.  I asked the rep to cancel my account.  He proceeded to try to sell me more products.  I asked him FOUR times to cancel my account and asked him 'was my account cancelled now' to which he replied 'NO'.  I then hung up on the rep.  I will now have to contact my credit card company and leave the matter in their hands to deal with this disreputable business.
