domainnameforfree.com claims free services but fails to honor their own agreement
Domainnameforfree.com claims to offer certain services at a $15 charge and includes a free domain name registration. They do in fact register your domain name for you in the "who-is" report, but fails to carry through with the services you actually pay for.
I signed up for the URL pointing service for $15. I provided the URL to point my web name to and filled out any other information they requested. It has now been 2 weeks and the only thing they have done is register the name, but have not provided the URL pointing service they claim was what I paid for.
I have contacted their tech support, the owner and also any other E-mail address I could find for them with absolutely NO response from them. They have a complete lack of concern for their customers and a very non-user friendly help page that is not helpful in the least.
They need to learn how to do business if they think they are going to succeed in the "net" world. I reccommend this site to no one. Stay away from them at all costs. I shall now be contacting my credit card provider to dispute charges for a service that has not been honored. They don't deserve even a small amount of my hard-earned dollars. Shame on you for your shoddy business practices. Good luck and goo riddence!
