Domains by Proxy contact information on website is FAKE. I tried to get in contact with them over the phone and i ended up talking to godaddy costumer support. They are a rip off company nothing they say on their website is real as far as i am concern. I have spent all day to get in contact with them to cancel my account and i have hit dead ends. GoDaddy has no idea why their support phone number is on their website they consider the company a sister company that does not have a support phone # ?? To me thats fishy.

I had the same problem as you trying to contact Domains By Proxy with a issue
First GoDaddy tells you they cannot help even though GoDaddy owns Domains By Proxy, they often use the same phone number and they are listed at the same address.
Domains By Proxy would not answer my emails until I filed a Ripoff Report and sent them the link at that point Domains By Proxy contacted me right away and they were very helpful
Need I say more?? Domains By Proxy will help you if you put a gun to their head but otherwise you are wasting your time
