Sold a house with falsified inspection report, once the first piece of wall paper was remove after purchase the termite trials were found. Then the scrubbed away termite trials on the concrete were found. Yes turns out that it seems to be common practice to scrub trails away with a steel brush.
Upon further investigation into this company and individuals they seem to be preying on elderly people in all branches of their Home Management Services business. They prefer elderly people that have no relatives living close by so they can manipulate these elderly people out of what little money they have.

We have just become aware of this report. The complaint comes from a disgruntle buyer of a residential property in Greenfield Missouri. Dade County inside the city limits. Domestic Management Services was hired by the homeowner to conduct a liquidation sale of personal property after his wife of 60 years past away. Domestic Management Services sorted, originised & displayed personal property for an auction held on the property. After auction Domestic Management Services team cleaned interior of basic regular cleaning. Cleaning tub,shower,toilets, sinks. mopped floors & vacuumed all carpets. Staff also swept garage floor. Homeowner managed & conducted all maintaince on his own property.
Domestic Management Services was not involved in any home maintaince before,during or after auction. Homeowner hired his own pest control service before auction. Real estate buyer hired a professional home inspection to inspect dwellings before real estate closing. After closing of real estate buyer hired a painter. When painter started removing 20+ year old wallpaper in a bedroom there was active termites inside wall. Hided activity. Real Estate buyer then filed a lawsuit in Greenfield Missouri Dade County involving Real Estate Seller, Pest Control Company. Real Estate Broker & Domestic Management Services.
Within 2 weeks Judge removed Real Estate Broker & Domestic Management Services from lawsuit. The Real Estate Buyer,Seller & Pest Control Company remained in lawsuit for over 3 years until which time it was thrown out of court. Buyer hired 3 different lawyers during that time. No settlement was given. Domestic Management was found at no fault being removed within the first 2 weeks.
