Made a commitment to move forward and employee the services of Dominate Web Media.
Dominate Web Media / Antares Enterprises, INC informed us we could be a client and invoiced for the $7,500 first months fee ($8,500 minus the $1,000 previously paid).
We agreed to pay the $7,500 invoice at the beginning of next month as our start date (June 1st, 2017).

On 5/25/17, 3:57 PM, Dominate Web Media changed their mind and rescinded our deal (see email):
After much internal deliberation, we feel there's a mismatch between the services you require and what we're set up to deliver as an agency.
As a result, we're unable to proceed with your onboarding and I've asked accounting to rescind your active invoice.

Please refund our $1000. The deal we agreed upon was that the $1000 upfront free would be applied to our first month's fee and you are refusing to accept us as a client thus a full $1000 refund is in order.
