I ordered hair care from this company.. about 3 days ago. On there website has guaranteed next day shipping or same shipping if you place your order before 4p(Est standard time) im on the westcoast, and I def keep up with other states time differnce..so I put my order in at 10am, which that is 1p NEWYORK time, right? Ok so they snatched the money off my card...but hasnt sent me my products,, ok get this I've called the customer care line over 20 times and no one answers... I truly believe this site is a straight up scam..Then I emailed custimer service and I get a email reply quick ...
