I was treated very unfairly and cruel. This company ripped me to shreds and care nothing about you. They laughed at you when you confront them.

Please do not deal with Dominion Electronics. The owner is a no good swindler. I can't believe he did this to me and who knows how many others

I am a previous Dishnetwork customer. I also was a Direct Tv customer too. I switched from Dishnetwork to Direct TV. J.R. Stalling told me that I would be saving money if I did this.

If I would drop Dishnetwork and pick up Direct TV. So I agreed to it, it sounded like a good deal. Hey, I'm saving money. He switch me over and everything.

J.R. Stallings told me that I could keep my receiver boxes. Not knowing that he had taken my Dishnetwork 500 antenna. He stole it from me. I didn't relize that it was missing until my father told me that he had taken it to his van.

Thinking to myself that J.R. is a great guy. The whole time he was ripping me off. I called and ask J.R. Stalling if I could get my antenna back, he laughed and told me that he threw it in the landfill.

I knew that it was a lie. The antenna was working good before he took it down. I feel that he gave my antenna to another customer.

I asked him could he give me my money back. He told me that he couldn't help me and he won't help me. He hung the phone up on me.

So please whatever you do. Do not let any Dominion Electronics sales rep or the owner J.R. Stallings use you.

I got ripped off for a $100.00. He got mad at me when I told him that another satellite company will be doing my job for me. I want my Dishnetwork back.

He just got angry because he couldn't swindle me out of anymore of my hard earn money. I got tired of his lies. That is all he do to get his way.

Poor Misguided Customer, By Questionable Sat. Dealer

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Fortunately there are two sides to a story. This customer is presently being influenced by allegations and inferences from another dealer who is selling this Customer a DISH Network system, probably trying to list them as a "New Customer".

The history of this customer, is they are a customer who hears what they want to hear, and attempts to get much for nothing and we all come across them from time to time.

It amazes me how vendictive customers can become when they FORGET or misunderstand something, or worst ASSUME that something they are now hearing is true. Not understanding the source of such informantion is a biased opinioned salesman who is trying to make a sale.

If I am correct about the source of the informantion this customer has allegedly come across, the Dealer is but a crook himself. No longer able to buy product from distributors, or able to install under current business rules and promotions.

Such customers ultimately get what they deserve, poor quality service, higher programming prices, and in this case duplicate programming services approaching over $400 a year in excess expendatures. Because we properly interview each customer or requester of service, we are aware of the customers needs or desires.

The customer in question wants local TV, network stations which are clearly viewable with an Off-Air antenna for FREE. They are assuming they can get local TV with DISHNetwork, in a Grade B area. BTW, they have excellent reception available where they live, AFTER THEY INVEST IN AN ANTENNA. But the allure of say, $5.99 Local reception off a DISHNETWORK System which ultimately isn't even available to them has driven the issue. CHECK THE ZIP CODE LOOK-UP Yourself.

The bottom line is this, when the other person gets her money, she will still not have what she wants or desires which is local TV, in the Richmond DMA. The possibility of LOCAL TV is closer than this person think perhaps on DirecTV.

This expansion of this customers DirecTV system happened almost a year ago. They had two D-TV receivers, and 2 DishNets, paying total almost $1200 in programming costs between the two programming bills. She was properly sold and upgraded with 2 additional directv receivers at the time of sale almost a year ago.

Ignorance of the facts is once again complelling this customer to make the same mistake again.
