Complaint Review: Dominion Finacial

I was Contacted over the phone about opening a credit card account with the above company i was told by allowing them to take $79.00 out of my checking account that they would in turn send me a credit card with $2,500.00 ballance and by doing this it would help me rebuild my cridit.

Well I never recieved anything from the above company, and when I contacted them concering this problem, they asked me to conferm my account information, asked me about my complaint and then told me a supervisor would be in touch. This Never happed and I don't know what to do. PLease Help!
