Dominion Financial rip-off! Champlain New York
We received a phone call about a credit card from Dominion Financial. We have had a bankruptcy and Barbara said this would rebuild our credit. Once we send them 279.00 we would get the card with a 2,500.00 limit. We thought we asked the right question, but obviousily they have done their homework. We had applied for a credit card on-line and we assumed that this call was in response to that.
We did get a confirmation call and number. They supposedly recorded our conversation. It all seemed legal.
