Complaint Review: Dominion Financial

I was contacted by phone from a sales person describing a good package deal for a unsecured credit card for a processing fee of $279.00 was believable at the time, have done this before and have had some luck so i said why not. This originally took place back on may 21, 2004.

I finally got some names and some advice by there supposide supervisor to call my bank and make a fraudulant statement to get my money back. The problem is Dominion financial is aware of the fact that most banks have a time limit on refunding claims such as this. We need to stop them.
