Dominion Marketing LLC Joshua Berault Took Money, Stole Payment, Lied Orange County, CA California
On May 12, 2016 J Rozell Media Owner and Sales Associate writing this report contacted Joshua Berault for servicies to include 2 live transfer lead campaigns for J Rozzzell clients. Joshua Berault claimed to have the ability to provide what we needed and quoted us a price per lead and start date no later than Monday May 16th, 2016. He sent us 2 separate invoices for each client for a total of $3,120.00 payable by wire or direct payment. We paid direct on May 12, 2016 and Joshua Beralut acccepted our payment. He promised us that calls would start on Monday May 16th, 2016. When Monday arrived we contacted Joshua Beralut to get logins for the clients and ourselves to view incoming calls and Joshua Berault provided us with what we came to find out Thursday May 19th, 2016 were bogus logins he requested from a source not providing the service in conjunction with Joshua Berault. Upon contacting Josh prior to this information Josh responded numerous times between Monday and Wednesday promising that our calls were coming and to keep checking the logins. He then proceeded to tell us that the call center he funded was burning him and stole our money. When we asked Josh Beralut on Thursday May 19th to provide us with the prrof of transfer or payment to a call center and asked why the logins were set up with a seperate nonaffiliated source he turmed off his phone and left town. When we try to contact him his phone is off and he is unresponsive to text and email. Upon going to his place of business address there is no one there. This theft has caused us to delay our service to our clients, business loss, and we find the actions of Dominion Marketing LLC and Owner Joshua Beralut to be Criminal and clearly deceptive. He proceeded to mount the lies to us and then he completely disappeared.
