Complaint Review: dominion property management

The meat is this company rents a property to my friend she is handicapped. No commendations for her at all. Just replaced her stove after months of it leaking gas which if the the and the bcfd had not tagged it twice would have killed her and her household. Fridge spoils food. Had to paint over the lead floor in basement, refuses to put filter in her furnace at all. Fellow dominion renters on both sides of her house harass her,threathened toher. Smoke illegally drugs on her porch,sell drugs and prostitution out of their houses and throw trash not to mention use her electricity because they don't have any so from the outside outlet they use hers which she has reportedfor monthsssss. Now her electric bill is over $800 and about to be cut off. All they activities are prohibited in their lease but yet they don't get put out by dominion but they harass my friend about buying her own filter when its not in the lease. Employees hang up on her. There is so much going on that I know I'm forgetting something. I feel bad for her cause she's scared to get put out and pays rent on time ever month. Oh did I fail to mention she's only been living there for a little over a year.
