Dominion Virginia Power Richmond Virginia
When I moved to my new house in 2013 I paid a deposit to dominion Virgina Power after six months I called them and requested to be put on a budget plan which I was told would be 205.00 a month I have never missed a payment in Oct 2014 Dominion Applied my deposit towards my bill at which time I was receiving my bills through my email and every month I would sign in and pay my bill in July of this year I came home to find my power disconnected I called them and was told they did a review on my account and my bill had went up to 280.00 a month as of May of 2015 And all I have been paying is 205.00 a month which meant I was only 225.00 behind they took me off my budget and said I had to pay over a thousand dollars in order to restore my services I am disable and only receive 970. 00 a month and my Mother was on oxygen due to COPD and also she had lymphoma and was going to chemotherapy they made me get a doctors note before services was turned back on I have never missed a payment while on my budget but because I went paperless and they were emailing my bill which was 13 pages and was told they notified me about the increase which was on the last page it was'nt there problem so I had to find the money to pay them this month I received my bill and noticed my payment plan was not on my bill I called them and because I did'nt pay .24 cent I had to start all over on my payment plan which they also charge me 1.5% late fee every month as well I will never be able to catch up and return to my budget plan at this rate I need help I am nolonger on paperless billing but I do know no one has ever been to my house to read my meter they just guess what my bill is from last years usage it is not right at all I am at my witts end please help me
