Domino's Pizza NImbus Ave Beaverto, Oregon 97008 Owner Jeffery T. Rasor of Hillsboro. He also owns another franchise in Beaverton, Aloha and Hillsboro. If you have a problem with this Domino's franchise you will soon find out that they just fon't care. Beaverton Oregon

I was a Domino's customer at home and for my business for years, go on line place your order and some, usually nice young person delivers it you give them a tip and it's pretty smooth...... or not.

Last week I had a prolem with a promo code on the website so I called (for the first time) the store number and a very young girl answered and I told her of my problem and she said she didn't know, so I asked if there was a manager she could check with. She came back and said that Tony the manager didn't know so I was out of luck. I asked if there a District office or manager I could talk to and she hung up. I called back and a very rude young guy by the name of Ali answered and I asked to talk to the manager he asked what the problem was and I asked him if he was the manager and he said no. I told him that I didn't want to talk to him if he was not a manager and  he said it was him or nothing. I informed him that I would call the corporate office and see if they could get the manager on the line, Ali and his smart mouth relented and Tony the manager came on the line. All I got from him was more of the same.

I did call the corporate customer service and the lady was very nice, said that Dominos did not do business that way and asked for a number to reach me and an address, she would call the franchise owner and fill him in. That was a week ago, and I have not heard from a sole. I'm guessing that this is a common occurance and that it runs just the way that this franchise owner Jeffery T. Rasor wants it to run. Take the money and don't respond to the problems, that will catch up with him at some point and he will have to answer for his ways.

My hope is that Domino's Corporate will take notice and keep their franchise owners in line and responsible for tha brand.

Do not do business with Domino's in Beaverton, Aloha or Hillsboro.

 Why would ANYONE listen to you as YOU have NOT been ripped off in ANY WAY!!! Odds are that while trying to use the website YOU were attempting to use an EXPIRED CODE!!! Now YOU can be forgiven in some small part because YOU are hardwired to NOT READ!! But to hold the franchise responsible for something they have ZERO control over and all due to the FACT that they had no idea how to help YOU!! They probably told you to contact thier corporate office and someone there could assist you. But YOU didnt want to WAIT!!! YOU wanted PIZZA RIGHT NOW!!!! And YOU ramped yourself up over NOTHING!!!! YOU didnt get your way so YOU chose to willingly and with malice to place the blame on the innocent store BECAUSE they couldnt help YOU!! See what YOU are doing?? YOU didnt get your way so YOU go on the web and attempt to force them to give YOU what YOU want. DOes that sound like the actions of a sane and rational ADULT?? Well we ALL know the answer. YOU have not been ripped off so GET OFF THIS SITE!!!
