Poor excuse for business and management. We're new residents to Ashland City and have ordered from this dominos 3 times total. First time order was late and cold. Second time order was late, incorrect, and cold. Third time we ordered online at 6:35pm and got the email confirmation...says 14-24 minutes but of course we expected 30 -45.

When it had been AN HOUR AND A HALF we called only to get an "assistant manager" who merely said "a lot of people want pizza tonight". Wow, that's how you manage your store? We never once asked for anything free. We simply said it had been an hour and a half, there was still no pizza here, so we were certain it would be cold when it got here...so could he please just make us another one and we'd come pick it up.

We only live about 3 miles from dominos for God's sake! He wouldn't do that saying "we're not in the business of giving away free pizza"...Helloooooo, we didn't ask for anything for free. It's just ridiculous that something as simple as making and delivering pizza the way everyone else manages to do it should be so difficult, carried out with such failure, then NOTHING be done at any time to correct the situation or make it right for your customers. Won't be customers anymore, thank you very much.

I am an assistant manager at a Dominos and that level of management is wrong, all Dominos have to abide by a method called the WoW method which is quite simply 3 steps

1.Apoligize

2.Fix the Problem

3.Give something more

At the store I manage, I would have apoligized and explain exactly what the problem was and offer your order to be be re-made and sent out immediatly and i would have offered you a free drink or side item for all the issues or i would have mailed out a certificate for a free pizza on your next order, If i was you I would call and ask for the Francisee's number cause you were not helped in a manner you deserve

I read the story of the lady who had several bad experiences with Ashland City Dominos. I know the owner and can say that if he had known about even one of these incidence, not to mention THREE, he would have definitley done something about it, and Id bet free pizza would have been involved. If you ever try Domino again, please ask for the supervisor or owner or something. They have a customer complaint online at Dominos website which should go staight to the supervisor or owner. Again, let me say, the owner would not be happy about this lady's experience!!!
