Don Bowley Rocky Mountain Jewels Stole $70,000 from me in a crooked gold-buying scam Arvada, Colorado
I contributed $70,000 to a Colorado LLC whose intent was to set up shop in Utah for the purpose of buying junk jewelry.
Don Bowley, an Arvada, CO, jeweler was one Member of the LLC. He was mastermind of this whole thing.
It took Bowley less than a month to misappropriate all of the money I had contributed. He channelled some to his Arvada jewelry store, some to his girlfriend, and some to his personal use. He was filmed putting LLC gold purchases into his pocket.
Utah and Colorado Attorneys General and the FBI were contacted, but all of these agencies have "insufficient resources" to deal with a matter this small.
This is not the first scam that Bowley has run.
