Don Brown Chevrolet/ Jeep Auto Body Shop Don Brown Auto Body Shop maintains terrible customer service and does not respect its customers or their vehicles St. Louis Missouri
I had my vehicle taken in to be repaired after it was in a collision. Needless to say, the insurance agency was handling a lot of my claims, but as I had dropped off the vehicle and they had my name and number, and a request FROM ME, to call me when the vehicle was done (and for necessary questions related to what to fix/not to fix).
They not only did not call me that my vehicle was ready, it took them TWO weeks to fix a vehicle that had no internal damage. . .just body work that needed done. And I had to call them only to find out hte vehicle had been sitting there, ready to go, for three days!
Exactly when were they going to call me and let me know my vehicle was ready?
The worst part is that the vehicle had to go back into the shop, and the same thing happened again, but this time, they weren't liasing with the insurance company, so necessary things that were to be fixed weren't handled because they didnt do their job and contact my insurance rep.
Furthermore, when I went in a second time to pick up the vehicle, the guy in front of me in line was complaining about the same thing. Can't these auto shops get it together? I might as well go through Pep Boys next time, at least I know they'll return my call if I call to inquire about to the status of my vehicle.
