We dealt with him before on car appraisals, had no issues and good service so when I needed parts for my car, he said he would order them for me at a better price than ordering and shipping from USA. So gave him a list of parts, paid a sizable downpayment - that was May.
Gave him additional money in June, kept saying parts were coming, something delayed at the border, waiting for one more... etc. In fall, told him enough was enough, refund me the money and I will order myself. He said he would, then had nothing but excuses each time we spoke. Still no money refunded and he won't answer his phone.
