His electrical company is fraud a sham! If you were to believe his web site he is a multi-million dollar company with a huge warehouse, a fleet trucks, and a staff highly trained people. When infact he dosn't have a truck, any tools, or any means to purchase material.
His license has been revoked/ inactive several times in the past two years. Herb Perez is a FRAUD. He isn't a licensed contractor: he's a part-time trade school teacher. Don't trust him!!

Lic # ER 13014230 my web site only show the kind of work i have done! it don't say anything about a multi-million dollar company? you made that up! i only have one truck for me that's why i work for my self. i am the only highly trained person with a real licensed, were is your?
