I was sucked into LeadNetPro.  One of the first things I noted was how inadequate their email program was, which they discontinued because too many of the people who joined the program were scamming.  Next was how bad their extractors were.  They don't extract any where near the number of records they should.

Basically, Don wasn't marketing the program to be used but to be resold by the people who joined.  They made money reselling the program and paid monthly fees.  The program isn't what it's cracked up to be except for the telephone broadcasting which is actually quite useful and I continue to take advantage of for my other businesses.

The people who join this are generally ignorant of these types of products and are being scammed into reselling and making Don more money.  Very few of them last.

Now Don is doing the same thing with Approval Warehouse supplying consumer financing.  A $399 fee plus a monthly fee.  Then when they make a loan they put a surcharge on that can be as much as 1/3 of the actual cost to cover bad loans and then also charge interest.

With the credit crunch this is a valuable service but there are much better companies to deal with and I've found a few.  They charge nothing to re-market their services and pay actual commissions based on the actual lending done.

This is not a product to re-market for those who don't understand such products and finance.  You must also have some sales skills.

All in all, if you ever find out Don Gilette is involved with anything, you're also almost definitely going to find a large up front fee and a monthly charge along with a system set up to get you to sell the program, not the service and the service will have it's problems.  Stay away from anything with Don attached to it.
