Don Lapre, The Greatest Vitamin In The World ripoff, website links don't work, 24 hr customer service response, Phoenix Arizona
I signed up to be an independent advertiser for this program and so far all that has happened is people keep calling me for more money. I 'assumed' that since the infomercial states that the fee covers advertising, your own website, etc. that I would not be purchasing other 'services'.
From the day after I signed up, I have been called repeatedly to 'buy' more services. The $$ ran as high as $2,900 for them to send a guaranteed number of clients to my website which does not work.
When I continuously said 'no' to the other services I decided to try and order from my website, guess what, the links to order and even to get further info on the vitamin do not work. Customer services said it works on their end, there is no way. Then when I said I was on AOL, they decided they have alot of trouble with the links working on aol. That is ridiculous.
I was then asked how I was going to advertise my product. My response, "I paid an extra $90 to have clients sent to my website, are they not being sent?" Well the response was that it was kind of hit and miss, there wasn't a guaranteed number and that it's just whatever the computer throws out.
The last person that called me went down from $2,900 to $300 guaranteed clients to my website.
Thanks
