I ordered don lapres program and paid extra for quick delivery (5 days) but it actually took 9 days.
i ordered especially to get a web site. the package i recieved said that i must activate within 72 hours.

after (4 days to try and contact company) and having called every number listed, all i could get was just another boiler room sales person that knew nothing of this company. the customer service line said that mail box was full. (4 days)...their only job was to sell more deals.

i suggest that anyone that has this problem and has paid with either a credit card or debit card to contact their bank with copies of this and other complaints to help recover their money. lots of luck if you bank at wells fargo. another story...

from what i have seen i think i am lucky to only be out $85.00. i see many have got sucked in by this guy.
hope some day to be able to discuss this with him in person. maybe we can do lunch don!

try FTC on the web to file complaint. advertisement was on tv guide channel. i would think they would like to hear abouit this too. lets burn him before he burns somebody else.
