i went to this store on may 2008 to get an engagement ring , they took me in with so much courtesy that they introduce to the more expensive rings, so without me knowing anything about diamonds or gold , it only look beautiful and i decided for that the that woman showed which happen to be the most expensive one priced at $2,999.99 later on she took to the person in charge of credit , so she gave me the contract, she said to sign and that give a $400.00 down payment and that i had 30 days to change that item for something else, and to be aware that the down payment wasnt going to be returned in case i change my mind only i could change it for something else.

that was everything she explained to me in spanish. later on a friend explained the contract to me when i lost my job and it was still time to return the ring , she said that the contract said full refund within 30 days , and my contract was in english and i don's speak or understand english besides i wasn't told about it, so i went back and they said no , they could return my down payment eventhough i was to return the ring , then they came all the way to the house where i rent to make me pay in front of my tenants , the woman who came was with other two men, they tryied to harrasing me,the rob to hispanic people the most. ( notice that this note was written by a friend since i don't speak or write english) please report these people , later i went to a a person who values gold and the told me that the ring was worth lmuch less that the priced.
