Complaint Review: Donald H. Lough Jr. DDS Inc

I signed up for a dental discount plan and went to the dentist. Long story short, they mapped out treatment plan. I told them absolutely not. They applied for care credit for me and told me I was approved for a small amount. They descended on me like timeshare salesman. Numb in the chair waiting for full mouth deep cleaning, 2 different staff members tag teamed me to get me to "commit".. I told them we'll see how it goes.
I asked the to mail me my treatment to date and in my information I notice a payment my dentist received for $3200 from Care Credit. I had received two different Care Credit Cares using two different names but never saw a bill?

I took the cards to my dentist visit asking for help from his office staff. They shred one card and gave me back the other one but I could not get any information in CareCredit's automated system because my name,
account number, and address were not matching up. I called and called for help from my dentist office and refused to keep my appointments until I this matter was cleared up. I contacted two different attorneys but after
one attorney suggested,in a letter that I had a case against the dentist, I decided I wanted to see the dentist in person before going through with anything so drastic.

The dentist blamed me saying he didn't work for free, I was paying and they had a copy of my VISA on file. I trusted that I would get a bill when the work was completed. He took his stand that he is a expert who will fix my bridge but does not have expertise in billing problems. He asked me to be seated and I walked out after providing my address at home and work and my phone numbers. I'm so tired of be a victim and being nice to bad people! Who do I report this guy to? I mistrust him completely now and think he may have organized this fraud .
