Complaint Review: DONALD PEGGY SUE MOYLE

DONALD MOYLE AND PEGGY SUE MOYLE, this particular couple, are real pros at the con game.

We entered a legal contract specific to cost and payment schedules which into the work on their home they continually tried to break the terms.

Payments were incomplete not in full.

Continual verbal abuse to the workers and themselves.  DON MOYLE actually put in an e-mail to his wife, PEGGY SUE MOYLE, that she is an "ahole".  E-mail included below.

On many occasions the "MOYLE" would insist on me using my credit lines to pay for their home construction.  REG FLAG
I offered only on the condition that I would get 1st mortgage position for security of my money in front of the $560,000.00 construction mortgage the bank gave them.  For a $200,000.00 renovation they needed my $50,000.00 when the bank gave them $560,000.00 RED FLAG.

Again failure to pay, and failure to pay so like any other contractor would do, Lien the project, sue and collections.

This is where the "MOYLE" show there true colors:They stole trade tools, then called the police to say the tools belonged to them to falsify a charge.

They threatened my friends and family and anyone who they could get a phone number to call.

I will supply the police report outlining the harassment from the individual the "MOYLE" tried to get fired from their job just because they have no other course to defend themselves for their breach.

They have used a well known Contractor website as a blog for Liable and Defamation to post lies and falsehoods about the work and the trades.

They claim the Oakville building inspector was in their house since I walked off the project, he has never been back since my one and only passed inspection.

They claim that work was not completed due to lack of knowledge when in fact it is from failure to pay per contract.

It came to my attention that the "MOYLE" sent letters to their neighbors from lawyers threatening them.

I have been called by Toronto Licensing.
I have been called by the Police.
I have been called by Trades.
I have been called by Friends and Family.
I have been called by BBB.
I have been called by my Architect.

All have said the same thing: Who are these people,......?

DONALD and PEGGY SUE MOYLE have made it clear to the Architect on file that their goal is to "F" me as much as possible because they can try to get away with it.

I encourage any contractor who reads this to not make the mistake I made and work for these people.

Im confused about the heating part . ? Can you please confirm what you are referring to also can you state : extras window outline etc ?
 
Also for the stone cost im not seeing the pricing ?
