Complaint Review: Dongs Guns and Ammo

 Checked laws on Oklahoma layaways involving weapons. Found out if I cancelled a layaway there would be a inventory free normally 10% to 20%. Nope this shop is outright thieves.I've contacted the Attorney General's office and the BBB. Your refund policy.. (Or lack there of) violates federal tax commission laws and the proper legal complaint is in the process. Wish I would have read Yelp reviews before my wife decided to drag me in Your scam.. "Store". First off very churlish not to offer a military discount. Secondly and most important, Your no refund policy on items within the 90 day period is robbery, and very unprofessional. Even more so considering that was not stated upfront. My wife will be contacting the better business bureau Monday. I would also like to inform you as a veteran I will be informing every veteran and veteran association I know not to walk into your doors to Grace you with their wallets.. From everyday passing at the V.A, DAV, VFW, CB, or VTC.. I will make sure to spread the word. Do NOT go to Dongs Guns they are unprofessional with no regards to the customer. They kindly pointed out that the receipt said NO REFUNDS... Eventhough that's not the law.
