Donjayz LLC - Donnelley Gopida's This Company/Man Stole $2550 from me and sent NO Merchandise Pleasanton, California
I first found Donnelly Gopidas on Alibaba under the company name of Donjayz LLC and his company was listed as selling iphones from Apple Directly for wholesale prices. I had sold some on E-Bay and did not want to get ripped off from using an overseas company for this kind of money so I chatted first online with him. He told me he worked with Apple Distributing directly and he was selling iphones directly from Apple. I had sold 6 and then he sent me this e-mail and I agreed to it.

Thus far, since he has my $2550, I have never heard back from him with shipping confirmations and now no return phone calls. I feel really stupid for sending this type of money to this man, but the invoice, the fast returned phone calls and all his info looked legit. Can anyone tell me how I can move this along with the law, by attorney AND police. Please feel free to write to me often with any suggestions. The worst part is that I am unemployed and this was my savings. Please help.
